Biography
Vahab Komath
Vahab Komath is a businessman and philanthropist who is the Managing Director of Komath & Ramath Constructions Pvt Ltd, the Founder of CKDe Architecture Firm, and CEO of SissG Global Consultancy company.
Vahab began his Career in the Retail and Marketing Industry. He has 10+ years of experience in the Textile Industry in different parts of the UAE. Living an expatriate in UAE for over a decade, the diligent Vahab discovered the need for employment opportunities for Keralites in Kerala. The younger generation with exceptional skills and education couldn’t find a proper job in their own hometown, relying on Gulf countries for career opportunities and wealth in this fast-paced community.
Coming back to Kerala, He established different companies and enterprises with a foresight to create more job opportunities with a high standard of remuneration.
The initial enterprise which Vahab and his partner began was Komath & Ramath Constructions, a company that focused on both Residential and Commercial construction.
Having interests in Construction, Architecture & IT, the founder has found a way to provide job opportunities for all. It is an approach that allows sustained long-term, high-impact, socio-economic transformation. A happy workspace with high remuneration and overall development of employee’s lifestyle.
His story is an inspiration for anyone who wants to make a change in this world.

The founder of Kannur Budget Home, Mr. Vahab Komath, realized that there is a need for budget living spaces for people in India. He came up with the concept of Kannur Budget Home with the intention to provide residence to all. He has seen that it is not possible for everyone to afford a house. The cost of living and housing has increased so much in India.
The purpose of Kannur Budget Home is to build affordable houses in the shortest period of time in this developing country. Mr. Vahab started with a construction company focusing on affordable prices for everyone. He understands the customer’s needs and helps them not to waste money on building with cost effective methods yet contemporary modern designs.
He pursues the philosophy of a “house for all”. A Powerful concept that envisages the construction of living spaces that go beyond the lifetime of its founders and continue to impact future generations for many centuries to come.
